Personally I think kissing is ok.
Sex is totally up to you, if you are religious and want to wait until marriage then you should stick with your beliefs.
Saying I love you within a week is a bit rushed. I am in love with you is more appropriate, or I like you a lot.
If you don't feel that you are in love with her or that you like her a lot and that you see some sort of future with her then I would suggest that taking her to see your parents isn't the best idea, as she will then think that the relationship is getting serious.
Is she the same age as you are? If she is, maybe is is rushing things a little bit wanting to settle down ASAP, and that is not a good motivation for setting up a family.
Do not give in if you feel that things are not right, try to set up some boundries, and let her meet your friends and family when you are ready and when you feel that she is a special girl.
