I've been trying to get together with her, but she always had an excuse why we couldnt go out. Now I've been no contact for the last three weeks, but we will occasionally see each other because we live on the same block. She tries to avoid me when this happens, and pretends that she doesn't see me. Is this over for good? Part of me thinks she's upset because it looks like I gave up? What should I do? If she asked you to slow it down and then started ignoring you, I doubt she thinks you gave up, she was probably unable to find the words to break it off with you or was afraid to hurt you. This girl sounds a little immature and you are probably better off to just stay away from her. I am so sorry this happened to you, good luck.
