Okay, I recently told one of my 'friends' about a dream I had about my crush. It wasnt anything bad, it was just a wierd dream where we were both dressed up as twins for twin day at school, and It was kinda wierd! haha! THEN my 'friend' goes and TELLS HIM! She said "hey you know (Instert name here!:])?" And she told me that he said "yeaaahhh..."

'friend': "Shes been having some kinky dinky dreams about you."

She made it sound WRONG! and I'm kinda mad at her about it, but appearantly, she talks to my crush all the time! How do I know if shes been telling him EVERYTHING ive said about him?

birdynumnums agony auntYou can be pretty sure from the fact that she told one comment; she probably blabbed them all. Sorry Hun, but the only way to keep a secret is to keep it to yourself.

And, erm, she's not a friend. It sounds like she is pretending to hook you up but she's blabbing your secrets and I wouldn't be surprised if she is doing this because she likes him and using your secrets as an excuse to talk and flirt with him, sorry, I could be wrong, but it's a definitely a good possibility.

Even BFF's and siblings tell secrets at your age (and, actually, even when people are older) and I'd pretty much keep my crushes and dreams to myself, if I were you.

Sorry if this was blunt. But I was a kid and I raised a kid and I've seen it happen over and over. So, this pretty much happens to all of us and it's a hard lesson to learn, The only secret well kept is the one you keep to yourself.

A female reader, anonymous, writes (2 December 2010):

If you wish to know about what she has been telling him, why not just ask him? Or your friend? If you ask him...and he confirms all she has been telling him, TELL HIM IT ISN'T TRUE. It's best if you do it face to face, then to have somone else go and tell him. And for your friend, ask her to stop telling him things about you. Or just stop telling this friend about dreams and such you had about your crush. If it keeps going, speak to him directly.

Good luck, ok?
