I agree with the other guy. Just ask her to hang out with you and take things one step at a time. Also flirting helps because if she flirts back you know she likes you too.

 Just come out and ask her if she would like to go together for coffee or something. If she is concerned about you liking someone else she will bring up the subject and you can tell her then. Otherwise don't worry about it. Doc.
