love? as a friend or 'in love'? is the break up recent? if so she is probably feeling hurt at the moment and it cuts her that she feels you are maybe taking his side? as she gets over the break up she will get over the bitterness she feels towards you. in the meantime just continue to be a friend to her. give her as much space as she needs, try not to talk about the ex (unless she brings him up), don't break contact with her, but if she insists that she wants to not speak to you, just accept it but let her know that you will be still at the other end of the phone for her when she is ready.

hope it works

xx
