 Change your facebook password to something stronger, that is what you need to do. And then just ask that your girlfriend believes in you. If she doesn't then you will have to move on with your life. I know it sucks, but that is the way of things. Your girlfriend, maybe she never had much trust in you. Through time relationships face many tests. This was one of them, and your relationship just wasn't strong enough to carry through.
