 At the end of the day if your girlfriend was still in love with her ex the she would be with him and not you.
We have all got memories of past relationships, and its is natural to sometimes reminiss.
I woulden't read to much into it, she's with you and not him.

 I wouldnt be too worried because at the end of the day she is with you,I sometimes talk about my ex to my husband but I love my husband so so much,and have no feelings for my ex. If you are worried ask her,ask her if she has feelings still for this ex partner,if she says not then I think you should leave it and dont WORRY ok.
