It doesn't matter what I seem to do or say she doesn't think she is good enough for me and it is starting to affect my feelings towards her, I made the first move and she responded and seemed to like it and I want to take our relationship further but I am not sure how to do this, I mean we are both adults but she seems to be holding back, I know that she hasn't had many relationships, what can I say?

Why don't you start by explaining how you feel to her? I think she will respect your honesty, meaning you can work together at it, and if anything comes up, you can openly talk. Don't play games with each other, and if you don't feel something is right, explain it to her.
At the end of the day, all you can do is be yourself, or you will end up lying forever =] whatever you decide to do, i hope everything works out okay xxx
