She also said that im way 2 good for her.we text everyday and this morning i read her headline on myspace and it said that i was a good man and a good friend i dont deserve him. Does this mean that she is changing her views on a relationship? please help me. also am i stupid for wanting to be with her?

 I dont think your stupid for wanting to be with her. But it sounds a wee bit like she's just not sure what she wants. how about giving her some space? Be there for her as a friend for now but let her just try and figure out in her own mind what she wants.
