I am really interested in this girl. She is showing signs of interest (I think) and we are both shy.

I have asked her out and she said if she didn't have feelings for her ex. I don't no when to ask her out again, if at all.

Just tell her to look you up when she feels she is ready and keep moving on with your own life. If and when she does show an interest you can decide if YOU are still interested. Good luck.
