writes:First and foremost is that first i saw her she use to stare at me every times and she live besides my relative house.I use to watch her also when i went there but when she heard my voice or name she use to come out to look and when she's outside she just look and stare at me then go back inside the house,for me i really admire,truly love,the way she looks n stare,the character of her and she is very very unique for me and i want her to my real love n take her as my wife.On the next day i send my older relative sister to propose for me because i feel shy to go my self and i don't know how to appolagize and express love to her because its my first time to propose to her,and so my sister express to her said to her that i propose and love her,n the girl look confuse and nervouse when she hear the words that i propose to her.At last she say that she didn't accept my appology.what will i do to make sure for her to write a letter for a second try.Can you help and send me a letter because i really and love her?

 You are admiring her from afar. You don't know her. You can't just ask a girl to marry you when you don't know her. I'm sure you will scare her off. Why don't you try to get to know her instead of the full on proposal. Try breaking the ice with 'Hello, how are you'. Then try a conversation. Small steps. Hope this helps.
