Today i found out 1 of the girls i hang out with at school took a picture of me and put it on facebook.(WITHOUT ME KNOWING UNTIL I LOOKED AT MY PAGE AFTER SCHOOL). I was really upset i called her and told my mom i was ready to go off on her. My mom said that i took it too seriously and that i was wrong for being mean to her. But i see it as you snooked and took a picture of me that i had no knowledge of, and put it over the internet. The only thing i can say i was wrong for was getting smart wit my mom. I would have liked it if she tried to understand and put her feet on my shoes. PLZ HELP!!!

But anyhow, I think you can stand your ground and getting the girl to remove your picture. But there are ways to do this without getting off at anyone with screaming and kicking if you know what I mean. Just give them a call, lay down the rules and be cool. As for your mom, try not to involve her in all you think and do if you know she will not understand.

I'm just guessing that its facebook. First tell her to take it off I'd even bring it up to the school. My school didn't allow pics to be taken randomly at school for this very reason. If it is facebook you are able to connact the system administrators and they will have it removed for you or delete her account if she refuses. They have to cover their butts against allowing harrassment on their site.
You have the right to be upset and the good thing is your mom doesn't have to get involved. Usually its the parents who are against things on the internet.
Good luck getting this all worked out.

Honestly speaking, I think you are just too pissed off. Ok I know its really annoying and frustrating when someone takes you picture without your knowledge and then post it somewhere on the net. But that doesn't mean you should be really pissed. Let me ask you something, did she do anything embarrassing on your pic or took a pic of you in an embarrassing moment? If no, then you are indeed overreacting. I'm sorry to say that but if your till not happy with the girl or with this reply, I suggest you go discuss with the girl NICELY.
I hope this reply helped btw.

Set your profile so no one can tag you in photos. Your friend had no right to put up a photo of you, especially since you didn't even know she took it. She was way out of line and once you calm down, you should let her know that she cannot put photos of you on the internet without your permission.
