If she is debating leaving you, your house, your son and everything in the state youre in, then chances are she is starting to lose feelings for you.
If a girl starts becoming interested (let alone cheating) with someone else, then her love for her original boyfriend/husband/partner, have clearly started to go down the drain.
Sorry man, my best advice is to sit down and talk with her and straighten out exactly what she wants, if she wants to leave then that is that.
