 First off, I would calm down. You're only thirteen. Realise that a NORMAL seventeen or twenty year old wouldn't even dream of dating a thirteen year old.
My advice is to just act mature around her, if you're serious enough about liking her.

Realise that a NORMAL 17-20 year old wouldn't even think about dating a thirteen year old. I would suggest that you act mature around her, but not so much that it bothers your relationship with her.
