She gave me a hug and I put my right hand on her left butt cheek and then I pulled my face back and looked at her. She turned her face so that I could kiss her cheek but when I didn't she turned and we kissed, then we kissed a second time. If she didn't pull my hand away from her butt does that really mean anything? If she kissed me twice, does that mean anything?

All the signs point to a lady who is grateful to have you as a good and supportive friend. She is pleased you loaned her the money but her non chemistry kisses and putting her hand on your butt dont mean anything more than thanks for the help.
If you push it you will put yourself in the category of "Shylock the moneylender to whom this woman has to show her gratitude."

She might have been doing this because you showed her some kindness and she felt she owes you that but heres and idea, why don't you just ask her!
