If you are worried about the kids then tell her you want custody of them. It's hardly great for them to grow up watching their mother molest a teenager and drink.
They will be better off with a stable responsible father than a mother who acts like that.
Go and talk to the citizens advice bureau if you need advice about getting custody through the courts.
