Lately ive learned she has a bad reputation and has slept with a lot of people. I am reassured because she was very careful with me, but i am now worried i could have caught something off her. Should i get checked out by my clinic?

That girl is very smart to use condoms with every guy she sleeps with. As far as her reputation, take it with a grain of salt. People gossip, may be she had few guys.
I think you can have a test, but I wouldn't worry about you getting something from her.

Yep I agree that anyone who is sexually active and not monogamous should be getting regular STD testing.
My doctor did it every 6 months for me until I was in a monogamous relationship for a year.

You can still get a STD/STI while using a condom, but the chance are lower. Unfortunately things like HPV you can not test for in men, unless they have an outbreak (such as genital warts). And HPV you CAN get from skin contact/oral.
If you are sexually active (no matter WHO you sleep with), I think it's always smart to get tested.
Same when you DO find a girl you want to date long term, you BOTH get tested, you use condoms even if she is on the pill.
