reader, anonymous, writes (13 September 2009): Don't worry about it. Be patient with her. She probably just hasn't got used to the situation yet and needs some time.
It's a good sign that she tells you she loves you coz it shows that she does want you two to be a couple. She just might not know how to really break the ice and express herself since she's used to you as a friend.
Give her time and she should improve. It sounds as if it's a big step for her and I'd think she's taking your relationship pretty seriously.
Don't push her, just reassure her that you love her so that she feels more confident.
I don't think you should be too worried.
