writes: Hi, I am 23 years old male.We were in a relationship since past 4.5 years(College time). After college, her parents forced her to get married with someone else. she tried to convince them for me, But finally she was also saying the same thing(I want my parents happy, I have to sacrifice everything for them). She changed her number and stopped talking to me.Finally i get to know that she got married.Our relationship was so pure, so good that i can even imagine that she can do this to me. I tried everything and now none of our common friends are with me.I feel lonely, not able to get proper sleep, everytime i am idle for even 5 mins, her thoughts comes to my mind. I'm so sorry that this has happened to you.
All you can do is keep trying to move on. Surround yourself with friends, and try not to let yourself think of her.
Look around at other women and try and see what is beautiful about them too.
It will take time and it will hurt but it will be ok.
