She gets so many phone calls! Paranoid?

my girlfriend receive male phone calls more than l receive any phone calls on my phone,she claims that they are just friends, l do trust her but is's only that we live 300kms apart and we see each other at time once a month but we communicate over the phone but when l ask her she says l am paranoid.l always believe the worst happen to me.honestly l don't know what to do but l love her so much that l don't know what l will do without her,maybe l am paranoid what do you think
