Weeks later I started to have feelings for her, and had fallen in love with her. However, on the 10th of June she stopped talking to me with no reason whatsoever, and the past week I have been extremly upset and depressed about. I even cried myself to sleep. Today she finally spoke to me, but lying that she was going out with someone already (who doesn't look or seem to act like her type at all). This has made even more depressed, and upset. What should I do?

Are you saying you knew you liked one of them, but were unsure of how strong your feelings were at the time?? Little confused by this statement.
It's unfortunate that she wasn't truthful to you from the get go. But then again I remember at 13 how shy and awkward I was when it came to liking(even not liking) other boys. Just know that she wasn't unintentionally trying to hurt you.
There's nothing you can do about this situation. She's already said she doesn't like you in that way and is taken. You're only option is to give yourself time to get over her, and keep it as friends. Believe it or not, but you will soon find someone else to fancy.

Obviously she only said that to hurt you.
My sardonic reply would be "Better him than me."
If this creature is so petty and demeaning she is hardly worth your time or anyone else's
