 My guess is that maybe she's embarrassed about being in a relationship. Date pictures could entice her friends to ask her questions, and maybe she just wants to keep personal things between you two.
You should ask her why she doesn't want to post the pictures. Don't be mean about it or anything; just speak with her. Get an answer from her, and maybe you'll feel better about the situation.

reader, anonymous, writes (3 April 2009): it's called a PRIVATE RELATIONSHIP, you do not have to prove that you asre in love/ having sex and post it for veryone to see.
respect her privacy, and don't force her into something that you may regret. if you do force her, then you only have yourself to blame when she ditches you.
Show her that you are actually an adult, putting private photo's in a public space is just so UNCOOL.
