I think she appoints people she likes. Therefore, the programme has sometimes flopped as the appointed prayer programme leader has failed to appear on the day.I want to give her advice, but in the past she does not like taking advice. She used to take things the wrong way if any one offered advice. How can i make her understand?

Make it as if you were ASKING advice, rather than offering it. " I have noticed that often the people who is appointed for leading the prayer does not show up last minute, I was tryng to figure out a way for this not to happen ,or to happen much less, but I did not come up with anything brilliant, what do you suggest that should be done ?"
