She says she "cares" about me now but i'm not sure what that means. When i confronted her about it she didn't want to talk and got very annoyed. Is there anything i can do now? Nope. Sorry. The best thing you can do now is, as the previous post said, move on. Confronting her about it will only push her further away. So show that you're mature and accept what's happened. You're still young so someone else will definately come along sooner or later.
Good Luck. X

I'm afraid it's over. You have to move on. At your age, it's far too early to be saying 'i love you' in these kind of relationships. Accept that she has moved on, give yourself time to heal and find someone else when you're ready.
