 Ask her what she wants in the future. If its not the same thing as you then she should back off and give you some space so you can move on with your life and get over her.
There may be some hope there, but then again there might not so don't get your hopes up too high.

No there isn't. You are right, she is using you as a security blanket until she finds a new man to love. Like a lot of us, she is insecure and panics at the thought that she might not find another man to replace you. This doesn't mean that she still loves you, it means that she still likes you, and that isn't enough. Well her insecurities are her problem now. She dumped you and you need to move on. Next time, don't respond to the calls, because all you are doing is delaying the inevitable, and delaying the time when you get over her and find someone else yourself.
