well i'm around this girls age, i think maybe shes just haveing a hard time dealing with high school friends and she probbley feels like she losing her friends exspecially if shes with you all the time and her grades are probbbley going down. The only thing i don't understand is how she would get that you don't want to go with her to prom or etc. unless you said that. my advise to you is just talk to her tell you you want to be a part of her life, school, and friends if you rlly want her back hope this helped

but to be honest my love, when a girl gives a reason like too many high school things and friend things to do, i'd think twice. that may mean something else - like she is just not ready for a relationship, or it may not.
like i said talk to her and tell her that you would love to go the prom with her and you respect that she has other things to do and you will give her the time she needs but you still want to be with her etc etc.
hope this helps
