writes:Hello I have been seeing this girl for 4 and half years. Those 4 and a half years were great and we never fought. However my ex fiance called off the engagement a week ago, she says that her head is telling her to be with me however her heart is telling her otherwise. She claims in her perfect world we would be together and be getting married But something is telling her not to. She told me 2 weeks ago about these feelings, I told her that they were just nerves and they would pass. But these 2 weeks went by and broke up with me. But I am still madly in love with her and i know she still loves me however i dont want to over whelm her so i want to give her space. But I know she is the one for me, she is my best friend. What can i Do?

reader, anonymous, writes (24 January 2011): This is verified as being by the original poster of the questionI guess she thinks there is something lacking but can but a finger on it. I just got back the ring on sat and exchanged things but i didn't talk i just got my things and said bye and left. havent talked to her all last week except to make a time to exchange things on sat.
