writes:Ok, This may seem like the run of the mill question however.I started this new job say 5weeks ago, and this girl started about 2 days after me, we have started to get on quite well etc. I drop her off home after work, and we have alot in common, When i'm at work I sometimes catch her looking at me and smiles and when she walks past me she always smiles and says hiya. But sometimes she doesn't even know i exist. This is VERY confusing and its kinda putting me off, Could do with abit of help asap. FYI: She looks amazing and has a great personality, and tbh i'm like not the best lookin bloke in the world ( not being hard on myself , ITS the truth )

 She is a moody girl. Sometimes the sun comes out and sometimes it rains.It is also her hormones .She is sometimes deeply in thought or multi tasking.
