I think it's important that the law creates publicity to remind men that "no means no", no matter what. Always.
But also reminds women that they shouldn't ever put themselves into situations where they seem to be ready to go along with sex --according to a guy.
I think women have some responsibility too--lots of kissing and necking might suggest interest in intercourse. If you don't wanna, cut it off soon.
Above all, be careful.

You probably heard about this because a man in Quebec was arrested for raping a 10 year old girl he claimed was his “wife” (he had his own religion) and that she signed a sexual consent contract. This was thrown out of court, not only because minors cannot sign legally binding contracts, but also because sexual consent contracts do not exist.Remember, Marriage Contracts (as per the Civil Secular legal variety of Marriage) used to encompass a form of sexual consent. A husband could not be arrested or charged with raping his own wife, for example. However, all of that went out the window years ago as society moved forward and the realization that sex is a personal right every person retains no matter what. Everybody has the right to say ‘no’.That said, the law still has a ways to go before true equality is ensured; for both women and men.

Would be a bit of a buzzkill. Fetch the condom and... sign here... and here... :)
Besides, do you do it each time? A woman can sign and then have sex, but say no the next time and be raped. Doesn't seem right to me.
