Withdrawal method (pulling out) has a greater risk (sorry don't know the number,) and is the least safe form of contraception there is. You can't be sure that there's no semen inside of you, you don't know if he started coming before he pulled out.
As far as I'm concerned if your having sex without a condom, then you are trying to get pregnant. Is this what your trying to do. You should check with a doctor, because you may have already got your wish.......

This doesn't answer the question you asked...but hopefully it will make you think pretty carefully about having sex with this person unprotected!!
If you're worried about pregnancy see your GP - they can do a blood test that checks your hormone level and can pick up pregnancy very quickly through this. Did you consider something like the morning after pill?
Basically - ANY unprotected sex you have with ANY male is putting you at risk of pregnancy....my advice is look into a contraceptive for yourself so you can be certain!

Just before a guy has an orgasm, and ejaculates, he has a pre- ejaculation, or "pre-cum". It contains more sperm than his ejaculation. Most guys dont even know they "pre-came". If you give ahand job to a guy, you will notice that he does it, but he wont. Suddenly, you have this extra lube! Very potent stuff. The answer to your question is, yes, you could be. What risks are you asking about? STDs? Deformed baby? 2nd cousin, huh? Probably wont give you a sick baby, but, always a chance. Thats why it is important to think before you do.
