Wait until you are 17 or 18 or whatever the legal age of consent is in your state as not only you would get into trouble but he would as well! Think carefully!

He was in the church choir as I was too and he had shown his interest in me by staring at me and trying to come close to me and even smiling and standing next to me and just staring at me. I knew better than to allow this hooligan to go any further. Luckily, my gf and her dad and her brother along with my sister were all in the choir in me but I have to say that I was also feeling the hormones kicking in. Instead, I knew that it was wrong. I wasn't goign to allow him to go further. To top it off, he was and is gay but oh so handsome. Just don't do it. There are other ways to relieve yourself.

Don't give up on guys who are your age or at least closer. Yes, a lot of us a douchebags. But not all of us.
And if your sexual preference borders in the illegal, then I would suggest you stick to self-pleasure and sexual aids until no laws are broken by indulging in your desires as you would.

 The age of consent varies in the USA, sometimes as low as 16, yes. But whenever a minor has sex with a man in his 40's, it's VERY EASY for that man to find himself in jail for a long, long time, even if YOU pursued HIM.
Besides, do you REALLY just want to have casual, no-strings-attached sex just because you're horny and you think the guy's attractive?

16 is legal in many states.
You could prob find out by googling .
If it's illegal forget it : you'd be sending him to jail.
If it's legal and he isn't married or in a relationship you both might get a great time out of it and you could get more enjoyable, longer lasting sex sessions out of it than you would with an inexperienced teen boy.
Just be aware it isn't going to last : you have little or nothing in common , apart from wanting to get into each other's pants..... so one of you will give up the other b4 too long [ assuming your dad doesn't find out and shoot the guy ].

I remember being that young. and going through that. If you ask alot of women who had sex when they were that young. they will tell you that they wish they would have waited. Having sex that young especially with and older guy, probably isnt going to last or go anywhere. My advise is to hold of on your hormones.. until you find that right guy. Just be careful with guys, they may seem to like you and call you beautiful and tell you how much they like you, but once they get what they want "sex" they do everything they can to try and get rid of you. Just really think about things before you do it. and not with a 40 year old

i can understand your desire for an older guy, they seem much more experienced and worldly than a younger guy.
but how dose he feel for you, dont make a fool of yourself unless youre sure he also feels the same way. is he married?.
if he really feels for you he will wait till you can be together, and you can take care of your own needs until then.

Do you want to risk being responsible for some guy getting a criminal record because you can't control your hormones?

 You need to wait until you are legal as the guy could get in to a lot of trouble and even go to prison if you are underage.
There are plenty of ways to keep your hormones under control. Why not use your fingers or better still go and buy a vibrator.
You shouldnt be trying to meet a guy and have sex with him because you are horny instead you should be trying to meet a nice guy who can become your boyfriend and make him wait for sex to make sure that he is worth it.
