Your first time should be special, but make sure that you talk it through and you are both absoloutly sure that its what you both want. It shouldn't hurt you, it possibly will hurt her and condoms are 97% effective. There are different kinds of condoms in terms of size and texture.

The best form of contraception is combining the condom and the pill/implant/coil together.
The condom will prevent infections such as chlamydia and prevents pregnancy. The pill/implant/coil will prevent pregnancy. This will be 100% effective as long as they are both correctly used.
Usually first time the girl will feel some discomfort and in some cases will bleed due to the hymen breaking. Discomfort can sometimes be due to nerves so make sure that she is comfortable.
Condoms can be effective as long as they are used correctly. Avoid using oil based lubricants such as vaseline as this will cause the condom to break.
There are many kinds of condoms (texture e.g. ribbed, size, make) but they all serve the same purpose.
Good for you that you are looking into responsible sex as some youths today have a negligent attitude towards this subject.

You are too young, dude. Sorry to say it. Emotionally, you are probably unprepared for sex. But, to answer your questions:
1) No, it won't hurt you physically. Emotionally is another matter. Pick the right girl and wait until your at least 17.
2) It will hurt her if it's her first time, so if that's the case, go very slowly (try counting to 30 between when you first enter her and when you're all the way in, and pay close attention to her feedback).
3) Condoms are NOT 100% effective at preventing pregnancy OR STD's. See if you can find a video on proper condom use to maximize your odds, but even then, it's not perfect. Make certain she has no STD's and that she has been on the pill for at least a month.
4) There are many different kinds of sex. If it's your first time, missionary (you on top, her on her back) is the easiest.
Again, you should wait a few years - but whether you decide to wait or not, make sure it's with the right girl.

& condoms are not 100% effective but what you can do if she doesn't want to go on birth control is as soon as you feel like you're gonna finish take it out!Don't finish inside of her because the pressure can rip the condom!& after you finished in that condom & you're gonna do it again take that one off, wash your hands,& use another condom!
P.S:You're only gonna last like 2 minutes so don't be upset when you finish really fast! The first like 2 times you'll only last like 5 minutes!Once again it's normal(:
