If he put the condom on correctly, then I don't think that any of it could have still gotten inside you. I guess it's a possibility, but I've never heard of that happening, and it's never happened to me. As far as the burning and itching goes...it could be several things. It could be irritated if there was not enough lubrication, a yeast infection, or an STD.
