I agree with QuirkLady, sit her down and talk. If her libido is low, she might be experiencing some hormonal problems and seeing a doctor can solve it.
If she's as young as you (22-25) it's unacceptable. At that ages you should be like rabbits.

I agree with QuirkLady.
Try make the setting for heart-to-heart talk formal. Arrange a proper place with good ambiance, e.g Candlelight restaurant.
Write down notes on what you plan to speak about. (beside the sex issue, think what might be HER concern. Marriage? Financial? Depression? you figure out!)
Finally, let her know the arrangement a day in advance. This will create anticipation in her. This will also prepare her to tell you (hopefully) her hidden secrets.
