Seriously though to the original poster
1) Depends on the level of individuals sexual feelings.
2) Probably at least once a day. It will also depend on the age of the guy, at 17 a guy is at his sexual peak and to a certain degree the amount of times he masturbates diminishes. However in my case I now need sex more now than I have ever needed only through the fact that I have not had sex in 18 years.
3) Initially as it's the most important way of expressing your feelings to someone special.
Regarding the guy in his 20's, without knowing him, personally I would say yes. Sexual release is all part of being a human.
And finally, YES, it is most definitely and extremely different to that of being with a woman. Firstly women are more mentally turned on and foreplay is an important part of the sexual act. Women have more pleasure centres than a man. Make sure it is a pleasure and not a chore. Talk to your partner about what they like and what they dislike. If you have sex however make it fun, make it often, make it with as many different people as possible (experimentation is the best way to learn about what excites you.) Most importantly make it safe until you find the one who ultimately rocks your world.
Don't deny yourself what to me is the most pleasureable thing anyone can have with another human being.
