A female Bahamas age 41-50, anonymous writes:

i'm 28 and had sex for the first time recently with my long time bf. both of us were virgins and for me it hurt so much. it took us a long time and a lot of pain for me to get his penis in. but after a while it became incredibly good. a feeling which i have never felt before with years of masturbation. however, since it hurt a lot at the beginning, everytime he tries to enter, i feel scared and cos of that my muscles get tensed. it doesn't help much even if i'm turned on and wet. is this normal? since i became very sore each time we had sex (we have had it only a couple of times), we decided to stop for a while. will i have to start all over again, pain and all, once we start having sex again?

Yargh agony auntHave you tried some lube? I could seriously write a book on the awesomeness of lube! It could make everything go smoother, and ease some of your fear, thus relax your muscles. If you are already making use of the lube I would try a lot of foreplay, and if that doesn't work go see your doctor. Good Luck!

Well, it is in your mind. You take it as a dangerous activity. Therefore, your body prepares to avoid it, that's the nature. You both can have a good foreplay before intercourse. Because having sex is a part of Love. If you love him you never become scared.

Arianz agony auntDear,

I think everything is fine.

Different people have different type ways of sex..

But dont make long gap cause after long time your {(V)} will be again tight as new and then it will hurt you again.

so better keep trying I hope you will enjoy it after have it more and more...

And another advice for you and your partner

1. Push slow...

2. Do more foreplay so that you become highly wet

3. Sometimes insert penis for bit while so that she can adjust with it easily...

4. Do in easy positions (for 1st few times)

5. In need you lub...

I hope everything will be fine...

So best of luck...

And keep trying...

take care you health...
