writes:I splited up with my ex 6 months ago now he live far away from here But I still miss him in everyday seem like I still love him and last night was so hurt that I saw his photo with someone else on facebook ( we broke up because he need to moved to somewhere for work) So I used my sister account to comment his picture that "YOU guys look good together" after that he delete it right away...what Could I do I'm so hurt.Best Regard.Beebe

reader, anonymous, writes (21 April 2011): best thing i can suggest to you is to cut all ties with him to spare your sanity. block him from facebook, block him from myspace if you use that, erase him from your phone, etc. because sometimes seeing these things only hurts us more and hinders us from making the right steps to move on. i hope this helps.
