Ok so it does hurt losing your virginity. My guess is that after the first time you remembered the pain and therefore your body clammed up which can make trying to have sex more painful. It can be uncomfortable for a few times but you need to make sure you are relaxed or else it is just going to hurt.
Just make sure that there is plenty of foreplay and that you feel horny and wet. Maybe use some luberication if it helps you as this will make it easier for him to enter you. Also tell your partner to be gentle with you to start of with.
