This is teenage love... Ive been there, its horrible. When people are young their hormones are raging and feelings of love come and go and arent really attached to one person. Its easy to go from crushing on one person to the next. It sounds like you and your girlfriend just werent quite at the same place at the same time emotionally.
Im really sorry to say this, but there are plenty more fish in the sea, it sounds like shes moved on and you will too. I know it hurts right now, but get out there, do the things you love, go for walks and be outdoors, play sports and enjoy the rest of what life has to offer and I preomise as soon as you stop hurting for this girl, another one will come along! :-D
Just have fun and stay safe and dont take love too seriously at this time in your life, its about new experiences and learning what the worlds about, not tying yourself to one person... Im not saying cheat or anything, dont get me wrong, im jsut saying theres a lot more wonderful girls out there, and you will meet them! :-D
