I just accepted turning 30. Nothing you can do about it. I can honestly tell you, I'm more comfortable in my own skin now than I have ever been in my life. My confidence has shot through the roof and through this, I'm attracting people into my life. It's never too late to start making friends, or get a social life.
Embrace it with open arms, nothing to be scared about =)
