 okay you need to talk to him, you need to find out if its true. you shouldnt just dump him as you have no proof of it, all you have is a rumour that someones told you. just speak to your boyfriend.

 Talk to him. Never react to rumor, wait until you have the truth.
there may be an ulterior motive behind the nasty gossip and then again there may be some truth in it. SO, I suggest talking to your BF and asking him outright if there is any truth in this rumour and then go with what your heart and head tell you.

 Of course, you have to talk to him. Never listen to gossip, it might have been started by some jealous person wanting to split you two up. Ask him to his face what's going on and if there's any truth to the rumours. You'll know if he's telling the truth or not. Good luck
