Rough crazy sex!! Now I'm torn & in pain

My boyfriend and I had crazy/rough sex and I ripped really bad two days ago. The worst thing is that where I ripped is directly under the urine flow. It hurts so bad and it is ripped in about three spots. I have delivered two girls vaginally and one without any medication. The pain is just about equal to after delivery!! After delivering them I was told to use a water bottle with warm water while urinating to reduce the sting and infection so I have been doing that since I tore two days ago. Is there any other way to make the pain go down? We aren't going to have sex until after I heal. I just really need some suggestions. I'm wearing pads so it doesn't hurt so bad when I sit down but it hurts SO bad.
