Well you can't catch STD's if you aren't with another person.
That's like asking if you can catch a cold by sitting in your own bedroom.
If there is no outside source of disease then you can't be infected.
I think you need to look up what an STD actually is, they are not magic, and I don't think you have quite understood properly.
Good Luck!! xx

Masturbating has nothing to do with STD's! You can only catch an STD by having unprotected sex with someone who is infected - it is the exchange of fluids that means you can catch something.
So you can masturbate as much as you want and you will not catch anything, nor will it increase your chances of catching one from someone else in the future. Literally the only way to catch one is by having sex with someone who has an STD - so unless you have had unprotected sex with someone then you are all clean. You dont need to use a condom to masturbate either - the ejaculation is all your own so it doesnt really matter what happens to it, if you already have an STD then masturbating with a condom on isnt going to change anything!
Condoms are very important when having sexual intercourse or oral sex but they are not needed when you are masturbating alone. if you feel they help things to be cleaner and they stop any mess then fair enough but in terms of STD's they wont help if you are just masturbating alone!
I hope this helps!
