writes: Ok, i wanted to post here because i am feeling very anxious !.i received a phone call today regarding an assessment i had last week for a job as a support worker ( it was on thursday ).Unfortunately,i missed the call and they left a message on my phone saying they were calling to give feedback on it.I'm wondering,because they called back so quickly,does that mean i have done well or not ?.I'm not sure if i get the job straight away.There may be another stage,such as training.I tried to call back loads of times,but the answer machine came on saying all the phone lines were busy,so i left a message to say i was returning their call regarding the assessment.So,i'm just curious as to whether you think it will be good news or abd news since they called back so quickly ?.I'll let you know how it goes tomorrow !! Good news.
If it was bad they would have told you. Do you know how many people are going for every single vaccancy at the moment in the UK?
The last one I went for had 160 people apply. They wouldn't get you to call back and chase after you just to say "no job for you!"
They don't have time to be nice to people like that. You would have just got a letter saying "sorry, but go away."

if they called back so quickly than that is good news because if you were bad they would have just left it but they didnt.and if the lines are always busy just go visit them.
