If she really wanted to continue her relationship with you, she'd be begging and crying for you to forgive her. If she doesn't want you to get hurt anymore, then she think she's going to cheat on you again or do something equally painful to you once you're both back in a relationship. You should leave OP, whether that be kicking her out of your apartment, leaving her apartment or just terminating the rental agreement and finding another place to live away from her.

Screw your lease. Talk with the landlord, see if they'll work with you. You may need to find someone to take your lease over, but you need to put space in between you two.
