He had a girlfriend and I asked him about her and he told me he had left her. We started seeing each other and then soon after I found out he was still with her, she is a year younger than me and he is a year older than me. I found out that he was in a long term relationship and just used me. Luckily I didn't lose my virginity to him! I was really angry with him and now I've forgotten him. Now I'm stuck in a little bit of the same dilemma, a guy that I really really like.. I rung and pretended to be someone else, but in the end I told him who I was and that I liked him. He used to ring me everyday.. a couple of times a day.. and we got to know each other quite well... problem is he's in a 6 year long term relationship and his girlfriend doesn't know about me and him. We've just been chatting and he's told me I look fit when he sees me outside. Recently he rung me asking me not to get in contact for some bazzar reason but then after 2 weeks he rung and I was so happy for about a week... I didn't ask him why he told me not to ring but it's beem a week again since he hasn't been in contact. I've tried ringing him but he won't answer and I've text him but he won't reply? I don't know what's going on and I'm reallly hurt! I know I'm stupid for getting attached but I can't help it.. I haven't felt like this before and I really like him?? What do I doo?????

 Hard as it sounds, forget him and move on.
He seems to be using you, & you don't need that.
I know it's hard and it ain't easy but you gotta look at the bigger picture and the future where you can find a bloke that wants and needs just you, for who and what you are...
