Your regular physician (you know, the one you see when you have a cold, or the flu) should be able to check all of you out if you're having a symptom that's cause for concern. He will then refer you to a specialist, if your problem turns out to be urinary, colonic, or prostatic in nature. Most insurance plans in the U.S. require that you go to your GP (General Practitioner) first, rather than self-refer yourself to a specialist. So if you don't want to get stuck paying the whole bill, go see your GP and take it from there. Good luck.

reader, anonymous, writes (24 August 2007): If you are embarassed or concerned make an appointment with a male doctor (GP) or a specialist clinic - look in your local directory. You have to realise these people are professional and have seen hundreds of private parts - yours will be no more memorable.
