Quick question for the girls:

What is it that you look for in a guy? Both appearance- and personality-wise, I mean.

I understand that the answer will vary from person to person, but still, I'm curious...

SirenaBlusera agony auntSomeone who knows how to listen!

Someone who is understanding and can talk about feelings.

Someone nice and sweet who is laid back and never temperamental.

Someone who understands my love for the guitar and supports my guitar playing.

Someone who speaks Spanish.

I'm super attracted to Latinos... I wouldn't discriminate against someone for being a race other than Latino. It's just that I've always thought Latino guys were awesome.

I'm a bit agnostic right now, but I was once a strict Southern Baptist. (I clarify that I was, and still am, open minded and never did, or would, condemn someone for being gay, or having sex before marriage.)

But I wanted someone Christian. And YES... in my book Catholics are Christians. I don't know why some people say otherwise.

... I'm not sure what I believe now, and I want to do some soul-searching before I'm ready for a relationship, because it's so important to have someone with similar religious views.

I despise prejudice but the reality is that religious differences can create obstacles in a relationship.

My aunt practically lives at church, but she's married to my uncle, who is an atheist. He's a really nice guy but I can see that it puts a strain on their relationship. She's really involved in church and he doesn't support it and neither one understands the other.

Stayc63088 agony auntOh and intelligent*** Not super smart or even book smart, just able to hold a conversation and not sounding like a moron. Someone who can actually remember things you say, not an hour later when you bring up something you discussed, the answer is "huh..?"

Stayc63088 agony auntOk, I am picky though. I love these questions! I look for a guy who has my sense of humor, not just funny. Someone who is open, honest, genuine, likes video games (a must), romantic but not cheesy, sweet to me but not nice in general, talkative, FUN, similar interests and share the same views on important issues, no smoking, easy going is a must have also, and just attractive to me. What I find attractive physically- skinny guys who aren't too tall and pretty much the nerdy type.

Obviously this isn't every guy I date, nor do I carry the checklist when looking for guys, lol. But this would describe the ideal guy for me. I would gladly accept a guy with even half these qualities :)

Wanna be a nice guy? The one that all the girls love like a brother, but he never gets any of them into bed? Then try to be what girls tell you they want.

Wanna get girls into bed? Then forget what the girls tell you and start looking at who they are actually sleeping with. It is usually much different from what they say.

Charming, definitely the first on on the list. Can't beat a guy with charm.

And of course, nice, kind, easy to talk to, etc.

Funny and clever, quite nice to have :)

I also quite like a tease to be honest, someone who will take the mick, but knows the boundaries :)

And good hands, with a soft touch

Hope that helps, and isn't too much to handle ;P xoxo

I'm an 18 year old female, my boyfriend is absolutely perfect. He's mysterious, exceptionally understanding, caring, careful and genuine, and sensitive. He's very cheekily funny, has a quirky geeky sense of humour and is shy. He's not macho or egotistic, muscly or bossy, and I adore that. Lookswise, he's not that tall, has longish dark hair, intense eyes. But, each to their own :)

I'm 19 and a female. I look for someone who is nice, and funny. Can hold a decent convo, and have a good time with. Him being attractive wouldn't hurt either.
