 Firstly, I'd like to say there's no rush to lose your virginity. Everyone is different and I promise that the longer you wait, the better it will be, as you're more likely to have found the perfect person.
Here' some answers to your questions:
Anal sex is where the man inserts his penis into a womans anus (bum) instead of her vagina.
There are lot's of different positions, it's impossible to name them all! Basically, any position you can both get yourself in can be a sex position. It's all about experimenting with someone you care about and who respects you.
Role playing is where you both pretend to be someone else, like a acting game to make the sex a bit more fun. Some people do teacher/student, policeman/naughty boy or girl etc. Everyone can come up with their own, depending on what turns them on. It's just acting basically, while you have sex.
