reader, anonymous, writes (6 July 2010): 1) Not really as you being a male you would have sex with him anally. they do not touch the anus in ftm transition so you will not be able to tell.
2) No as the person was born a woman, she will not have any (real, functioning) testes which produce therefore he will not ejaculate anything.
3) No idea about scarring.
4) Quite small, but can be enlarged.
5) Not really understanding the question. girly looking does not mean acts like a girl and effeminate people do not have to be girly looking.
